How do I book my tickets?

The time slot you select is the time you see Santa.
Use the date filter below to select your preferred date, then select and confirm your time slot.
Once you have done this, you can add up to 8 guests per 5 minute time slot.
If you are looking to bring more than 8 people, please book two consecutive time slots to give yourself the best experience

What gift will my child get?

Age 0-5, a plush reindeer or polar bear
Age 6+, a wooden board game of: Snakes & Ladders; Ludo; or Draughts

How much is a ticket, and what does my ticket include?

The ticket costs £20 for a child, and £7 for an adult. There is no charge for the time slot.
Your ticket includes: Entry into the Great Hall and Westgate Museum, your 5 minute time slot with Santa and his elf; a gift per child; two eld led craft activities; elf games; letter writing to Santa; and a complimentary hot chocolate per ticket (These can be upgraded to a fancy hot chocolate or mulled wine if you want to treat yourself)

Where does the experience take place?

The Santa’s Grotto experience takes place in the Great Hall, start your journey at the ticket desk by the main entrance. Food and Drink is available in the Round Table Café and Gift Shop. Your ticket also allows entry into the Westgate Museum
