Santa’s Grotto at the Great Hall

The time slot you select is the time you see Santa.
Use the date filter below to select your preferred date, then select and confirm your time slot.

Once you have done this, you can add up to 8 guests per 5 minute time slot.

If you would like to bring more than 8 people, please book two consecutive time slots to give yourself the best experience. You will only be allowed to add a maximum of 8 attendees to one timeslot.

Age 0-5, a plush reindeer or polar bear.
Age 6+, a wooden board game of: Snakes & Ladders; Ludo; or Draughts.

Adults: £7.00, Child 0-5 (With Gift): £20.00, Child 6+ (with Gift): £20.00

You must have at least 1 Adult and 1 Child ticket per booking.

• Entry into the Great Hall and Westgate Museum
• Your 5 minute time slot with Santa and his elf
• A gift per child
• Two elf-led craft activities, elf games and letter writing to Santa
• A complimentary hot chocolate per ticket, to be enjoyed in the Round Table Gift Shop and Café (These can be upgraded to a fancy hot chocolate or mulled wine if you want to treat yourself)
